Need to know
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
Straight answers about ordering, delivery and support.
Question 01 How does the delivery process work?
After purchasing you will be given instructions on what cars to buy, you then list them on the auction house for 12.8 million credits each and our team will purchase them until you have the amount of credits you purchased.
Question 02 Is buying Forza Horizon 5 Credits safe?
Yes. We use a strictly tested, 100% ban-proof auction house transfer method. Your account security is our top priority, ensuring you get your FH5 credits entirely risk-free.
Question 03 How long does it take to receive the credits?
We guarantee lightning-fast delivery. Once you've followed the instructions provided in the order confirmation, your Forza Horizon 5 credits will be transferred to your account within just 1 to 12 hours.
Question 04 Will I get banned for buying FH5 credits?
No. Because we use legitimate, player-to-player Auction House transfers, our method avoids the automated flags associated with riskier, unauthorized delivery methods.
