1. Scope of Service & Affiliation

We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party game publishers or platform developers (including but not limited to Xbox, PlayStation, Turn 10 Studios, Microsoft Studios, and Activision).

2. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product or service subject to these Terms. After the price is paid and confirmed, your order is delivered digitally online. We strive to fulfill all orders within our advertised 1-24 hour delivery window. However, we do not guarantee that fulfillment will be uninterrupted or error-free, as delays may occasionally occur due to game server updates or high volume.

If your order cannot be delivered for any reason, we will notify you. In this case, you may choose to cancel your order, replace the product or service with an equivalent alternative, or postpone delivery. If your order is canceled prior to fulfillment, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Account Safety and Publisher Terms

By purchasing, you acknowledge that using third-party digital goods or progression services may violate the Terms of Service of certain game publishers. To enter into an agreement with us, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid, authorized payment method. When placing an order, you undertake that all information you provide is correct and complete, and that you are an authorized user of the payment method.

It is strictly your responsibility to provide accurate Gaming handles, platform information, and (when required) account login credentials. We hold no legal liability for any losses, delays, or non-delivery that may result from you providing inaccurate information (such as typos in a Gaming handle or incorrect login details).
