Refund policy

1. General Provisions

This refund policy applies to all digital gaming services and products offered by Vortex Advance ("we," "our," or "us") through our platform. By purchasing from our website (vortexadvance.com), you agree to the terms set in this policy. Due to the irreversible nature of digital services and account progression, refunds are assessed on a strict case-by-case basis.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Your order has not yet been processed, and no fulfillment or digital delivery has commenced.
  • A significant delay or failure to deliver your order (beyond our standard 1-24 hour window) has occurred due to reasons entirely within our control.
  • A technical issue or error on our end prevents your order from being completed or delivered as described.

Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • Your order has been fully or partially delivered to your provided Gamertag/Account in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
  • The delay or failure in order fulfillment is due to your actions (e.g., failure to provide correct Gamertags, platform details, necessary account login credentials, loss of access, or changing order requirements mid-fulfillment).
  • Your order was placed by mistake, and fulfillment has already commenced or the digital goods have been delivered.
  • You have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in any fraudulent activity.

For digital services that are performed at your request, once the service has commenced, full refunds are not available. Partial refunds may be considered solely at our discretion based on the percentage of service completion.

 

3. Our BanGuard Warranty

We pride ourselves on using highly secure, tested methods. While third-party digital services always carry a small inherent risk of account action by game developers, we stand behind our work. That is why we offer our BanGuard Warranty for your peace of mind. If your account receives a ban directly and provably related to our specific product or service within 1 year of delivery, please contact our support team immediately. Upon verification, we will honor our BanGuard Warranty by providing, at our sole discretion, a replacement account of equal value, an equivalent replacement service, or a full refund.

 

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must open a support ticket in our official Discord server or submit a written request via email to support@vortexadvance.com, including:

  • Order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting information (e.g., screenshots, transaction details)

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the claim before making a refund decision.

 

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through a bank, credit card, or payment provider without first contacting us may result in a permanent ban from our services, account suspension, and restrictions on all future purchases. If you believe a charge was made in error or you are unsatisfied with your order, you must contact us directly via Discord or email to allow us to resolve the issue before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks. If a dispute is filed for a successfully completed order, we will provide the payment provider with comprehensive evidence of digital delivery and order fulfillment.
